The Emile Henry fluted tart dish is one of the brand’s most iconic and popular pieces. It’s a beautiful and versatile dish, handmade in France with the same clay quality, glazing, and finishing Emile Henry applies to all their ceramics.
It measures 26cm in diameter and 5.5cm in height, ideal for traditional tarts, and perfect as a baking and serving dish for all kinds of recipes – from serving salads to baking quiches, sponge cakes or traditional shortcrust pies... It’s a dish you'll use all the time!
The glazed ceramic is cut-resistant (you can slice in it without scratching!) and distributes heat slowly and evenly, ensuring perfect cooking. With excellent presentation, you can take your tart straight to the table and keep it warm for longer.
