Ilsa Meat & Fish Oil Collector

This oil collector features a super practical design. It is made of stainless steel and includes a lid. To ensure perfect filtering and cooking oil of any impurities provided it is not burnt and reuse it for future cooking.

As it is so important to keep the oil used to cook meat and fish separate (so as not to spoil the flavour of recipes), Ilsa brings us this oil collector in two distinct variants, designed for meat and fish (each one features the world written on the covering lid to make them easy to identify). This will make it easier to keep the different typés of oil separated, clean and ready for future frying!

The oil collector is available in two designs, for meat or fish oil, both of which come in a size of 750ml. It is also dishwasher safe.

Measurements: 10 cm in diameter x 12 cm in height.

NOTE: It is important that the oil is already luke warm or cold before pouring it into the collector, to avoid temperature collector

The history of Ilsa

Ilsa is a Spanish kitchenware manufacturer that was founded in 1963. The vast majority of their products are manufactured in the company’s factory located in the Basque Country, where all parts of the process are carefully crafted.
