Once the two layers are applied, the coating is cured with Sol-gel technology at 300 °C, to harden the surface and give it a glossy appearance, similar to glass.
• Its 3-ply multilayer technology combines high-quality stainless steel and aluminum bonded together to form a 3-layer material that distributes heat quickly and evenly throughout the cookware, from base to rim. The whole pan heats through in less time, which means greater energy savings.
