The Wham® Ename l Perforated Pizza Tray is an enamelled steel tray with perforations that will give your pizzas, breads, cakes, pies and biscuits a crispy finish. Its carbon steel body makes heating fast and even . And thanks to the holes in the base, hot air circulates around the dough during cooking . Oven-safe, it can also be used on the stove or barbecue. The result is crispy, delicious and perfectly cooked dough.
With its 30 cm diameter , this tray is even suitable for family-sized pizzas. This round plate is perfect not only for baking pizza, bread, puff pastry or shortcrust pastry tarts, shortcrust pastry tarts or your best cookies.
