Set of two Emile Henry ceramic ramekins, 9 cm in diameter and 5.5 cm high. They are ideal for cooking and serving desserts, sauces or appetizers straight from the oven to the table.
For small portions, size and volume are particularly important for perfect cooking or for not carrying more sauce than you are going to use.
The cooking is homogeneous and does not dry out the edges, thanks to the HR (High Resistance) ceramic. The high resistance of Emile Henry enamels protects your ramekin against scratches, knocks and allows you to wash it regularly in the dishwasher without risk of alteration.
