This perforated plate, made of steel with a non-stick coating, provides rapid heating, uniform cooking and excellent release . The perforations are perfectly designed for optimal circulation of hot air . The result, a deliciously crispy crust.

Thanks to the great heat retention of steel, the plate reaches high temperatures . This allows the juices to caramelize, and results in a wonderful golden color and wonderful flavor and aroma . And its high-quality non-stick coating, free of PTFE and PFAS , provides very easy and clean demolding, while protecting the tray from oxidation.
