What to cook in the wok with Prior handles

It is an ideal piece for use as a wok or as a saucepan on the stove or in the oven. Perfect for preparing delicious recipes, cooked with hardly any fat and in very little time.

It is very versatile, as in addition to sautéing and frying food , you can also stew, boil, or steam it. By combining rice or noodles with your favorite vegetables and meats, you will get healthy, very complete and delicious dishes. A wok of noodles with vegetables such as pepper, onion, carrot and leek, with a little oyster sauce at the end of cooking, or one of rice with chicken or beef and various mushrooms, with a light touch of soy sauce. It is ideal for cooking a delicious dish of zucchini noodles with some shrimp tails and a little broth, seasoned at the end with a teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce.

It is perfect for sautéing any accompaniment with which we want to serve a main dish, from broccoli florets, baby carrots or chickpeas seasoned with your favourite spices. Its shape makes it perfect for preparing a delicious and aromatic onion soup on the stove and finishing it off with a gratin in the oven. It is also ideal for cooking any legume stew.
