Features of the Perfect Pressure Cooker

• The cooking indicator has two levels plus residual pressure. The two pressure cooking levels are:
• Up to 110°C (first orange ring), for tender vegetables, fish, and poultry.
• Up to 119°C (second orange ring), for hard food and meat.
• As soon as the cooking indicator reaches the desired ring, the heat is lowered and the cooking time is counted down.
• After the cooking time has elapsed, the cooker can only be opened when no pressure remains inside.
• The pressure cooker is equipped with several safety systems such as the residual pressure safety device.

Differences between the 2022 and 2023 models:

The Perfect is WMF's most popular pressure cooker, the best-selling ultrarapid cooker in Europe. But this year, in 2023, WMF has designed a new lid for the Perfect model, with more technology applied to the handle and a slightly more modern design. Now you can choose between the traditional 2022 model (only while supplies last!) or the new 2023 model, which features the following innovations:

1. Incorporation of a residual pressure indicator valve: This is a small pin or button located on the pressure indicator. When the cooker is closed and the heat is turned on, it will be the first thing to rise while cooking, before the pressure rings. It indicates that the cooker is starting to build up pressure and the lid is fully locked. When turning off the heat, it will be the last thing to go down and will remain visible until the cooker is completely depressurized.

2. Change in the pressure indicator: The rings indicating the pressure have been made more visible.

3. Change in the safety valve: All Perfect cookers now incorporate the highest-quality safety valve, the Perfect Premium.

4. Improved handle attachment system: The attachment system inside the handle has been improved to make it more effective and easier to fit.

5. More intuitive pictograms: The design of the symbols on the handle, indicating opening, closing, and steam release, has been updated to make them clearer and easier to understand.
