Features of the Perfect Plus Pressure Cooker

• The cooking indicator has two levels plus residual pressure. The two pressure cooking levels are:
• Up to 110 °C (first orange ring), for tender vegetables, fish, and poultry.
• Up to 119 °C (second orange ring), for hard food and meat.
• As soon as the cooking indicator reaches the desired ring, the heat is lowered and the cooking time begins to count down.
• Once the cooking time has elapsed, the cooker can only be opened when there is no pressure left inside.
• The pressure cooker is equipped with several safety systems such as the residual pressure safety device.
• All WMF pressure cookers are made of Cromargan 18/10 Cromargan stainless steel, a patented WMF alloy, which makes them more robust, more scratch-resistant and easier to care for.
• With internal filling markings.
• With TransTherm® base suitable for all types of cookers, including induction hobs.
• They're easy to use thanks to the multifunctional handle, which can also be removed for easy cleaning.
• Internal filling markings in the pressure cooker, making it easier to fill it with ingredients.

Its handle has a modern and ergonomic design with a rounder shape than the Perfect model. In other words, it incorporates all the functions of the Perfect cooker with a more modern and contemporary aesthetic.
• If you want to add even more versatility to your Perfect cooker, you might be interested to know that this WMF model has a diameter of 22cm. That’s why the WMF glass lid, which is designed to fit perfectly, is the perfect choice! If you opt for the glass lid you will have 2 pots in 1: a pressure cooker when you use the valve lid, and a pot for traditional cooking when you use the glass lid, minimising the space you occupy in your kitchen.
