Its design is ideal for getting the most out of it on a daily basis and being able to make all kinds of recipes in a high-quality, versatile and light saucepan.
This casserole is perfect for preparing stews, stewing meats, frying, boiling, making sauces or béchamel on croquettes. It is also ideal for baking cakes, breads and brioches, as it is suitable for use in the oven.

- Made of forged aluminum specially treated to give a durable finish and excellent cooking results.
- It incorporates a reinforced non-stick surface (without PFOA) that will prevent food from sticking even using little oil.
- It has a very robust and ergonomic design thanks to its handles made of stainless steel with rivets, also made of stainless steel, totally suitable for coming into contact with food.
- It is suitable for any heat source, including induction, due to the encapsulated stainless steel disc in the base of the saucepan.
