It has nine different speed settings :
- Low speed settings ideal for mixing sauces or smoothies without splashing.
- Medium speed settings are perfect for dense doughs and thick mixtures.
- High speed settings are able to whip cream and beat egg whites to stiff peaks with perfect results.
Made in the USA, it has a sturdy and efficient motor , typical of KitchenAid products and a set of extra parts to prepare any pastry or bakery product.
