With the Nordic Ware Perforated Roasting Tray you can cook in the oven or on the grill with fabulous results. Made of aluminized steel with a non-stick coating , it heats up very quickly and distributes the heat evenly and quickly , for uniform cooking of food. Its perforated surface facilitates the entry of heat, making it very efficient.
It is a perfect tray for roasting any food on the barbecue grill, without fear that it will slip between the grates, no matter how small.
