  3. Features an aluminium body for a rapid heat distribution, with non-stick coating that is durable and easy to clean.
  4. Do not use with liquid or semi-liquid preparations.
  5. Measures 40cm long and 30cm wide.

Tinc que dir que en vaig comprar dues, doncs ja sabia que era una bona compra, al tenir els petits forats, fan una cocció perfecta ( si fas petites peces i li poses formatge per sobre , millor posar una base de paper vegetal )..sinó et costará de netejar......

Es la segunda que compro y no puede ser mejor producto: impide que las masas queden húmedas (empanadas, por ejemplo), hace que la cocción sea regular, fácil de manejar y limpiar... una joya.

Las galletas salen perfectas, mas crujientes. Eso si, es conveniente poner papel de horno porque la primera vez se me pegaron…
