With KitchenCraft Ceramic Baking Beads you will prevent your doughs and crusts from rising while baking. They are the substitute for dry beans that are usually used when baking quiches and puff pastries, but with the advantage that they can be reused indefinitely without having to throw them away.
The ceramic beads are heavy enough and conduct heat evenly to prevent the dough from rising and bubbles from forming.
