Bra's Efficient Gastronorm Tray is an ideal dish for cooking your recipes efficiently. Made of cast aluminium and with an exceptionally high-quality non-stick coating, this fantastic roasting pan is suitable for baking and cooking any dish on the stove with which you want to impress your guests.
This is a high-quality, robust and durable tray, perfect for your oven recipes . Whether roasting meat and fish, or vegetables, for preparing cannelloni or lasagna, or for gratinating, as well as baking cakes, tarts, focaccias, pizzas or breads.
When you want to prepare your recipes on the stove, it is ideal for preparing large quantities. Or for grilling fish, kebabs or a plate of various vegetables, with very little oil and without anything sticking thanks to its excellent non-stick coating.
And if you want to combine both options, it is very practical for those recipes whose preparation requires a first step on the stove, before finishing them in the oven without dirtying anything else (sealing meat, roasting vegetables...). A single utensil for all the steps is very practical!
