The Lodge Seasoned Carbon Steel Skillet 's two wide handles allow you to handle this cast iron skillet with ease, so you can safely take it from the stove, oven or grill to the table. The paella pan is made of non-stick carbon steel and is perfect for frying, browning, sautéing, healthy and natural grilling, roasting in the oven, on the barbecue or preparing spectacular rice dishes over a campfire.

It is available in individual paella pan format (20 cm) and large family paella pan (38 cm).

When you want to use it, you just have to let it heat up gradually, so that the heat is evenly distributed throughout the piece, and start cooking when it is very hot. To clean it, let it cool down first; wash it with a sponge and non-abrasive detergent and lightly oil the inside surface to prevent it from rusting. For optimal preservation, it is recommended to always store it in a dry place.

NOTE: Factory seasoning will give your Lodge cast iron skillet a rustic finish with some imperfections, such as a brown mark on the rim, handle or knob. Don't worry! These are small spots where the oil hasn't soaked into the iron, but your piece is safe to use. This is not a defect or rust and will disappear with regular use and care.
