WMF Spice and Herb Grinder

The WMF Spice and Herb Grinder is an elegant and practical tool that you are going to love. Perfect for grinding aromatics, spices or seeds such as fennel or mustard, it is a highly efficient tool, with which you will achieve a very fine grating that will maximize its aroma.

Made of acrylic glass and 18/10 Cromargan® stainless steel, this manual grinder is made up of three parts:

• The acrylic glass base is a small container to store the spices, herbs or seeds that you are going to grind, be it at that moment or at any other time. You can preserve peppercorns, mustard, cardamom or thyme without losing its freshness or aroma.
  
• Cromargan® stainless steel body with rotating mechanism and stainless steel grinding disc fitted with sharp micro blades for precise, fast and effective grinding. The body is screwed to the base, closing it like a lid.
  
• A high-quality plastic and stainless steel lid, ideal for fully protecting the quality and freshness of the spices or herbs you store in the jar and preventing the remains from falling on the table or countertop. It is also perfect as a small dish in which the spice will fall when you grind it.
  

Its operation is very simple. You just have to unscrew the body and put the spices, seeds or dry aromatics that you want to grind into the jar. Next, cover and turn the grinder over so that the lid remains as a base and what you grind is deposited in it. Turn clockwise and the grinder will do its job efficiently, giving you a very fine grind and a very intense aroma.
