With the OXO V-shaped Mandoline with 7 different cuts, no cut will be too much for you. The V-shaped blade of this compact kitchen mandoline is inspired by the cutting technique of professional chefs and is ideal for slicing and dicing fruits and vegetables without crushing the pieces. Its four interchangeable blades will allow you to make smooth cuts, wavy cuts and two types of julienne . And its pusher will help you cut safely, protecting your fingers.
The stainless steel blades are very sharp, providing a precise and fast cut. Its V-shaped design makes it easier to cut vegetables and fruits, even those with soft skin, such as tomatoes, or tougher skin, such as eggplant. This V-shaped design allows the blade to slide progressively from the sides, holding the food for a smoother cut without tearing.
You can easily adjust the thickness of the slice thanks to the side regulator, which also has a safety lock. By simply turning the wheel, you can cut slices of 1.5, 3, 4.5 or 6 mm thick .
With a simple design, it offers great ease and comfort of use . Its handle is wide and has an ergonomic and non-slip grip . The support legs make it very stable and easy to handle and, as it can be folded, it allows you to store it taking up less space.
