About Monix Solid+ pans

With a very thick base for a fabulous distribution of temperature, and a 35 micron thick non-stick coating to provide durability and non-stick properties for a long time.

The Innovations non-stick coating is used for its manufacture, PFOA-free and with a triple layer of 35 microns. A very reinforced non-stick coating!

Note: Like all non-stick pans, despite being dishwasher safe, it is recommended to wash them by hand with a soft sponge to keep their non-stick qualities intact. Also, remember not to use metal utensils to handle food and do not expose it to a high flame (apart from burning the non-stick coating, this is not necessary when the pan is quite thick, as it will distribute the heat very well without the need to expend so much energy).
