The Vitaquick® Premium 8L Pressure Cooker by Fissler is a highly versatile piece, perfect for cooking in large quantities – from gently cooked vegetables and delicate steamed fish to hearty stews, aromatic rice or your baby’s meals. With its generous 8-litre capacity, attractive design with a brushed stainless steel finish and clever features, it’s ideal for those new to pressure cooking.

Thanks to the lid positioning mark, placing the lid correctly is very easy. And with the newly designed pot rim, closing the cooker is effortless. When the lid is properly closed, a click is heard and the colour indicator on the handle changes from red to green. Pressure will only build up once this is done.

You can choose between two cooking levels: gentle and fast cooking. The pot includes a practical internal filling level indicator showing the minimum and maximum liquid levels. The removable handle makes cleaning and storing the pressure cooker much easier. A very practical feature: the pots can be stacked inside each other for compact storage.

The Superthermic® encapsulated base is suitable for all types of hobs, including induction, and ensures optimal heat absorption, distribution and retention.
