How can I join?

To be able to join the Claudia&Julia Points program, you only have to register as a customer here . If you already have a Claudia&Julia account, you become part of the Points program directly.

How can I earn points?

Too easy! To start, creating an account, following us on Instagam and Facebook, subscribing to our Newsletter... Recommending friends and making purchases. These points will be reflected in your account, and you will be able to go from level to level.

How can I see my points balance?

You can check your points balance in your online store profile.

How can I spend my points?

You can spend your points with discounts, products, special offers...
Remember that the points you get in the same purchase will be valid for the next purchase you make.

Do the points expire?

Yes, since you get the points you have up to 6 months to spend them.

How can I go to the next level?

In order to go to the next level, you can do it based on the purchases you have made on claudiaandjulia.com in the last 12 months. As you advance in level, your benefits and rewards increase.

Is there a limit of points I can get?

No, there is no point limit. The more purchases and actions you make, the more points you will get. But remember, to be able to exchange the points there is a minimum purchase, and the points expire after 6 months of having obtained them.

In order to spend 500 points, you have to make a minimum purchase of €50, to spend 1000 points a minimum purchase of €100, to spend 1500 points a minimum purchase of €150 and to spend 2000 points a minimum purchase of 200 €.

How long will I stay in the level?

You will have the benefits of your level for 12 months. The levels are measured based on the amount of euros spent on the web in the last 12 months.

How do referral points work?

You can recommend the Claudia&Julia store to a friend, relative or acquaintance. It is very simple! You simply have to copy the referral link that you have in your profile, and the person you want to recommend the products to will use this same link to execute the purchase. If you finally end up buying a product, you get 500 points each.

How can I get out of the program?

If you no longer want to be part of the Claudi&Julia points program and earn points on each of your purchases, you can contact our customer service by sending an email to tienda@claudiaandjulia.com and we will unsubscribe you.

Is there a limit of points that I can use in the same order?

As long as you meet the requirements of the minimum amount required to spend your points, you will be able to do so.

What if I use a reward and then return that order, do I get my points back?

Once you have made a purchase, the points you earn on this purchase will remain pending until after 15 days. In the event that you make a return of the purchase, you will recover the points that you have spent on that purchase, and those that have been generated will disappear. Your points will be the same as you had before starting that purchase.

If you make a return outside these 15 days, your points will also return to the beginning of their status, the ones spent will be yours again, and the ones generated will be eliminated.
