How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders in mainland Spain are delivered in 1 or 2 business days if you choose home delivery.

Orders received Monday through Thursday before 4 p.m. are prepared the same day and delivered the next day or within two days (provided both are business days). Orders placed Monday through Thursday after 4 p.m. are prepared the following day and delivered within two or three business days (for example, if you place an order on Tuesday at 7 p.m., we would send it on Wednesday and you would receive it on Thursday or Friday).

Please note that we do not prepare or deliver orders on weekends or public holidays, and that orders to the Balearic Islands may take 4 or 5 days.

Orders outside Spain are delivered within 3-5 business days.

And orders going to the Canary Islands may take 7 to 14 days.

How much is shipping?

Delivery in mainland Spain and Portugal is free for orders over 35 euros. For orders below that amount, the shipping cost is 4.50 euros.

The delivery in the Balearic Islands is free for orders over 45 euros. For orders below that amount, the shipping cost is 5.90 euros.

Cash on delivery costs 2,5 euros.

The delivery cost for the rest of Europe is according to the following rate:

  • Germany (€8.90)
  • Zona EU 1 (€9.90) → Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, and Poland.
  • EU Zone 2 (€14.90) → Bulgaria, Estonia, Hungary, Greece, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Slovakia, and Slovenia.
  • EU Zone 3 (€24.90) → Sweden and Finland.

For international orders, cash on delivery is not accepted.

Shipping for bulky products.

In our website, we have some bulky products such as ovens, large barbecues, and some food processors that can be seen here.

For bulky products, we offer free shipping within mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands, and Portugal.

We do not ship bulky products to the Canary Islands.

The shipping costs for bulky products to other destinations are as follows:

In the event that you purchase a bulky item together with another product from our store, the shipping costs will be calculated by adding the standard rate and the specific rate for shipping bulky items.

Can I have my order delivered to the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla?

You can place your order through our website without any problem for the Balearic Islands. If delivery is to the Canary Islands, you will need to contact us once the order has been placed, as the VAT payment must be arranged (shipping will already be excluded, but not the products). Please note that shipping to the Canary Islands costs 19,90€ and the customs clearance fee is the customer's responsibility; it is usually around 26€, but it will depend on the goods. We do not handle this cost ourselves; it is managed directly with the transport company. The delivery time may vary from 7 to 14 days.

For now, we can't ship to Ceuta or Melilla.

Can I receive an order outside Spain?

We can ship your order to Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, and Sweden. If you live in another country and would like to place an order, you can contact us to see if it is possible.

Can I specify a time slot for when the order will be delivered?

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer you this service. However, if you would like us to give any additional instructions to the shipping company or if you would like to collect your order at a specific branch, you can call 935 953 729 and we will do everything we can to help you.

If I’m not home at the time of delivery, what happens?

If the shipping company doesn't find anyone at the time of delivery, they will leave you a notice so you can call and arrange a time that's convenient for you for the delivery.

How can I pay for my order?

You can pay with your credit or debit card, PayPal, Bizum, by bank transfer, and cash on delivery (only for orders up to 1000 euros).

If you would like to finance your purchase, you can choose Sequra to pay conveniently, interest-free or with a small fee, in installments of up to 24 months.

Refunds are issued using the same payment method used to make the purchase, or you can also choose to receive the refund as a gift card to use in our store.

Claims and returns for defective products

In the event of a return due to a defect in the product, you must notify us within 14 days of the date of receipt so that we can process the claim and arrange an exchange or return. You can contact us at 935 953 729 or by email, and we will indicate the steps to follow.

If any item is defective or damaged, you may submit a claim in writing to the customer service department at tienda@claudiaandjulia.com

For this we need:
-A description of the defect or how it originated;
-2-4 meaningful images showing the defect. The defect must be clearly visible on a screen.

Claudia and Julia will cover the return shipping costs for defective products.

Can I exchange any of the products I received for others?

Currently, the exchange option will be handled as a return.

In the event that you wish to return a product, whether because the size was not as expected or because you prefer a different color or another product, the first step will be to arrange the return, provided the product is unused and includes all the original packaging without damage (our customer service team will request a photo or video to verify this). As soon as this material arrives at our warehouse, we will inspect it and the refund will be processed within 14 days. If the product is not in the agreed condition, the amount cannot be refunded and the transport costs will be borne by the customer in order to recover the product again.

How does gift wrapping work?

At checkout, we offer an additional product: individual gift wrapping.
This wrapping consists of green kraft paper (subject to change), with a white ribbon bow.
This gift wrapping costs €2.99 and applies individually to each product. If you only want 1 product wrapped, please specify which one in the comments. If you want several products gift wrapped, you must add as many wrapping units as the number of products you want.
*We reserve the right to cancel this service in cases where we cannot guarantee the best possible result, such as with pieces that are too large or sets made up of more than one piece.

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, Article 71, and Law 3/2014 of 27 March, products purchased from Claudia&Julia may be returned and refunded within 14 calendar days without the need for justification. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can call us at 935 953 729 or send us an email at tienda@claudiaandjulia and we will inform you of the steps to follow.

Products paid for by credit card or PayPal will be refunded to the same payment account once the product has been received. Refunds are always made by bank transfer to the customer's account. The refund will be made as soon as possible (in any case, within the following 14 calendar days).

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the following requirements must be met:

  1. The product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered and must retain its original packaging and labeling.
  2. The shipment must be made using the same box or packaging in which it was received to protect the product.
  3. For cases where this cannot be done using the packaging it was delivered in, the customer must protect the product so that it arrives in the best possible condition for inspection.
  4. The return must have been communicated, or the package must include a copy of the delivery note or invoice inside the packaging, also stating the reason for the return.

If the reason for exercising the right of withdrawal is attributable to the store (the product is incorrect or incomplete, it is not what was ordered, etc.), the return amount will be refunded. If the reason is any other, the cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer.
