And the central holes allow fat to drain into the drip tray, achieving very healthy cooking and a fabulous searing and caramelization effect on the food.

The temperature is easily adjustable thanks to the front dial, and both when increasing and decreasing, the response is very quick, so you can heat the plate in no time. It's made of cast aluminum with a highly resistant non-stick coating free of PFOA. Additionally, the sides are covered with Cromargan stainless steel, which not only makes it very elegant but also helps make cleaning very easy and convenient.
