With the Roger Orfevre Olive Wood Handle Peeling Knife you will have a knife and peeler in a single utensil . The knife blade is made of stainless steel and has an inserted peeling blade , so you can peel and cut fruits and vegetables without changing tools, quickly and very efficiently.
