Measurements:

NOTE: Like all pans with a clasp system, it ensures a secure closure for dense and semi-liquid batters, but it is not 100% leak-proof for very liquid batters, such as cheesecakes or liquid flans. In these cases, it is recommended to use an inner paper liner, which besides ensuring total leak-proofing, allows for a beautiful presentation of your cheesecakes.
