With the Le Creuset W-137 Wine Pump you can preserve all the qualities of your best wines once the bottle is opened, for several days. It allows you to create a vacuum, keeping the bottle hermetically sealed and maintaining the aromas and flavors of the wine and slowing down the oxidation process. You will be able to savor each glass that you serve as if it were the first!

Its operation is very simple. Cover the bottle with one of the caps that come with the pump. Place the vacuum pump over the plug and move the pump up and down like a smudge, pumping a few times until you feel resistance. By doing so, the bottle will be hermetically sealed, protecting the wine from oxidation caused by the air.
