Made of stainless steel, this roaster basket is perfect for cooking poultry in the oven. A highly popular option forroasting turkey or chicken, the basket can be placed in an oven dish, on a wide oven tray or in a saucepan. This allows the dish to collect all the juices released by the meat, isolating the meat and giving you theperfect roast.
