The Prima Matera De Buyer copper-plated sauté pan (induction) is available in the following sizes :
Extent | Height | Ability | Diffuser base | Weight | Thickness |
20 cm | 7.2 cm | 1.7 liters | 13 cm | 1.32 kg | 2 mm |
24 cm | 8.2 cm | 3.1 liters | 16.3 cm | 2.75 kg | 2 mm |
Note: The pieces should be heated gradually and should never be used at high heat (at most 3/4 of the induction cooktop's power). Thanks to the high temperature conductivity of copper (higher than that of iron or multi-layer stainless steel), they do not require higher power. To avoid thermal contrasts and burns, they should be allowed to cool after use before cleaning or handling them.
