The Ilsa YOYO Knife Sharpener is extremely practical. This sharpener with a curious design has two wheels on the sides with a rubber surface and a circular stone in the centre , with which to sharpen your cutting tools. Its small size makes it perfect for storing in any drawer and always having it at hand.
Its use is very simple:
- First, place the sharpener on a flat surface so that you can roll it without any problems.
- Next, place the edge of the knife in one of the slots of the sharpener , slightly tilted, and gently and without applying pressure, move the knife back and forth several times , as if you were sawing with a saw.
- Once done, place the edge into the other slot and repeat the process to finish sharpening the knife.
The rubber surface of the wheels prevents the sharpener from slipping and slipping when sharpening the knife. The Ilsa Yoyo is made in Spain. It is one of the most traditional sharpeners, because it is so simple and practical to use and because it takes up so little space, you will always have it ready to sharpen your knives.
