CLAUDIA’S NOTE ABOUT THE COLORS: When Emile Henry ceramic is heated, the color of the molds intensifies and becomes darker. Honestly, I never know if I love them more at room temperature or just out of the oven – the colors are just so beautiful! The classic red turns into a deep garnet for a while, the blue intensifies into the most elegant ocean hue... I think they want us to never stop using them for baking!
