To make it easier for you to use and handle, the lid is very easy to put on thanks to the metal tab that it incorporates. It has a safety system that guarantees correct closure with the colour indicator on the handle: when you hear the "click" and the colour changes from red to green, the pot is perfectly closed. If it is not closed properly, the pot will not build up pressure.

The pot has a “Cookstar®” encapsulated base , suitable for all types of cookers, including induction, which ensures optimal absorption, distribution and storage of heat . In addition to the two classic cooking levels, it includes three additional levels, offering the innovative steam cooking function. It works without pressure, so you can also cook in the traditional way and monitor the food at all times, to stir or adjust the salt when required.

Its cooking valve with a three-colour traffic light system makes cooking with the pressure cooker as simple and safe as possible . Yellow indicates when the heat can be lowered; green indicates that the set temperature has been reached and the cooking time is starting to count down; and red serves as a warning to indicate that the temperature is too high and the pressure must be lowered. And if you need to depressurise the pot, with the special Comfort steam release function you can precisely control the steam discharge.

Vitavit® pots have an internal measuring scale and a fill level indicator , which indicates the minimum and maximum liquid levels. Its ergonomic loop handle guarantees safety when handling the pot, even with wet or greasy hands. And thanks to its conical design, you can store them very conveniently, since they are stackable.
