These individual bodies are the perfect complement to expand your family of Kuhn Rikon Duromatic Hotel pressure cookers. They have a diameter of 28cm and are available in four capacities; 5 liters with honeycomb base, 8 liters, 10 liters, and 12 liters.

With the ultra-fast Duromatic cooker, you can prepare the most traditional and flavorful recipes in an unimaginable time with any other pressure cooker. Additionally, foods cooked quickly and with a small amount of water retain all their nutritional properties, vitamins, and a delicious appearance, especially vegetables.

They are made of low-porosity 18/10 stainless steel, an alloy of iron and carbon designed to ensure perfect distribution of iron and carbon molecules, with a minimal number of pores per cm2, which prevents the accumulation of food particles and ensures perfect cleaning. It features safety systems such as automatic lid locking (it is impossible to open the Duromatic cooker while there is pressure inside) and a double safety valve.
