The KitchenCraft Oriental Noodle Strainer is a practical and versatile stainless steel mesh deep basket . With a design that is not short of detail, it features a clip to attach it to the pot during cooking and its long eucalyptus wood handle makes it comfortable and safe to use, even when used as a frying basket!
Perfect for oriental noodles, it is also ideal for cooking your favourite pasta, for boiling and blanching vegetables as is, with the strainer attached to the pot or for frying food in tempura or with traditional breading.
