The Sapphire collection by Dutch Rose is inspired by Japanese minimalism and its sense of sophistication. A line with clear references to flower shapes, shells and other elements of nature, all the pieces are ceramic, with a hand-glazed finish, which turns them into unique handcrafted works.

The plates are available in two colors, blue and gray, combining smooth glazes on the interior and exterior with subtle streaks that evoke the shapes of shells and flowers.

The deep plate has a large capacity thanks to its height. The flat plates feature a slight rim that gives the plate height in all sizes, being as beautiful as they are functional:

• Flat plate 18.5 cm, with a height of 1.9 cm. As a dessert plate, for serving bread or the breakfast croissant, it is also a charming tray to present appetizers or light starters.
  
• Flat plate 21.5 cm, with a height of 1.9 cm. The perfect flat plate to serve the first course, or the meat or fish for the main. Like the dessert plate, it can be a lovely tray to bring any assortment of canapés or petit fours to the table.
  
• Flat plate 28 cm, with a height of 2 cm. Its wide diameter makes it ideal as a dinner plate to serve large pieces, such as a ribeye or all kinds of fish. But it is also a large centerpiece tray, on which to present all kinds of cheese, cold cut, or small sandwich assortments. A round platter that will stand out wherever you place it.
  
• Deep plate 23 cm, with a height of 4.5 cm. The perfect plate for soups, creams, salads, or your stews of legumes and meats with sauces.
