Walnut oil is a delicious and easy-to-use oil, obtained from pressing top-quality walnuts (this is pure walnut oil, not oil flavored with walnuts).
Walnut oil is truly versatile. In salads, walnut oil mixes very well with balsamic vinegar or wine vinegar, and can create a simple yet delicious vinaigrette; also with tarragon vinegar. This oil is delicious added to fish or meats on the grill: just add a little walnut oil and you'll see how it enhances the flavors.
You can also try it with pasta and cheese, and don't hesitate to use it in cakes, cookies, or other baked goods (especially in recipes that include apples or pears, as the combination with the subtle walnut flavor is delicious).

Recommendations: once opened, keep refrigerated for up to 6 months.
NOTE: If you want to add it to baking recipes, just add it to the dough as a substitute for part of the usual oil, butter, or margarine, and it will give a subtle and delicious walnut touch to cakes, sponge cakes, cookies, and similar treats.
