It is a grill made of the highest quality aluminium, guaranteeing long-term use and constant performance . It has a 5.3 mm thick base, which offers excellent heat transmission, ensuring uniform and efficient cooking of your food. The INNOVATIONS non-stick coating, free of PFOA, not only makes cooking easier without food sticking, but also promotes incredibly easy cleaning (we recommend washing it by hand to prolong its non-stick capacity).
One of the most outstanding features of this grill is its removable handle , which not only makes it easy to store in small spaces, but also allows the grill body to be used in the oven up to 220ºC - perfect for those chefs who want to grill meat and fish directly in the oven, who dare to prepare a pizza or square puff pastry in the oven, or for dishes that require a gratin finish or simply to be kept warm in the oven.
