Do you want to bake the most French bread? With the De Buyer Non-Stick Perforated Baguette Tray you can bake two loaves of bread at a time. This perforated plate, made of non-stick coated steel, provides fast heating, even cooking and excellent release . The perforations are perfectly designed for optimal circulation of hot air . The result: a deliciously crispy crust.

Thanks to the high heat retention of the steel, the plate reaches high temperatures . And its high-quality non-stick coating, free of PTFE and PFAS , provides very easy and clean unmolding, while protecting the tray from rust.

The curved design of this double baguette baking tray is also perfect for using the tray as a mould for baking crunchy almond biscuits , tea biscuits in original shapes or chocolate decorations.
