Made of polished steel which gives it a very modern look, the Shallow Casserole Iconic is a piece you will love, because you will use it for everything: despite being a Shallow Casserole, it offers a large capacity, allowing you to use it for cooking all kinds of recipes, and even for steaming if you have a tray or accessory for it, or for cooking in a bain-marie. Plus, you'll need it for your slow cooking and it will surely be your ally for oven cooking: from stews to roasts, it’s the perfect roasting pan!

It is equipped with cool handles that heat up less for maximum comfort and safe handling. Inside, it features measurement marks that make filling and recipe preparation easier, while its wide pouring rim ensures easier, drip-free pouring. Prioritizing performance and safety, the sturdy stainless steel lid has integrated ventilation to release steam in a controlled way. The TransTherm® universal base completes the design to reduce energy consumption during cooking.

The Iconic WMF Low Casserole and Roasting Pan comes in two sizes:

• 24 cm low casserole with lid. Height 10.4 cm and 4.2 liters capacity.
  
• 28 cm low casserole with lid. Height 10.45 cm and 5.7 liters capacity.

• Made of polished Cromargan 18/10 stainless steel, uncoated, making it rust-resistant.
• Suitable for all types of heat sources, including induction. Also oven-safe.
• Can withstand temperatures up to 250 °C in the oven.
• Available in two sizes:
• 24 cm diameter, with 4.2 liters capacity. Induction base diameter: 22 cm.
  
• 28 cm diameter, with 5.7 liters capacity. Induction base diameter: 26 cm.
  
• Hollow cool handles that heat significantly less than conventional handles, as they reduce heat transfer from the pot to the handle. This feature allows you to handle and move them without gloves or cloths (not valid in the oven, where heat directly affects the handles).
• Interior design with approximate measuring scale.
• Wide pouring rim that facilitates drip-free pouring.
• Solid and durable lids, with integrated steam vent hole for controlled steam release.
• TransTherm diffuser base, which ensures even heat distribution and prolonged heat retention.
