The Bistro frying pan is a non-stick frying pan from BRA designed to offer perfect cooking results and extraordinary resistance to wear and scratches. It is a robust and durable frying pan thanks to its non-deformable cast aluminium body and the quality of its Profile non-stick coating, exclusive to Bra in Spain, reinforced with MetalTec technology and free of PFOA.

It is made of cast aluminium and is suitable for all heat sources (including induction) thanks to its full induction diffuser base. It also has excellent temperature distribution for perfect and highly efficient cooking of all our recipes.

You can cook sauces or make fried eggs in the smaller ones, while in the larger ones you can sear the meat, grill fish or a chicken breast, brown some breaded loin fillets or fry potatoes to accompany it. They are ideal for both sautéing vegetables and preparing a scrambled egg with mushrooms, as well as for making ratatouille, Bolognese sauce, any carbonara pasta or for cooking the béchamel for croquettes. The smaller frying pans are the perfect size and a good height so that you can fry squid, empanadas, fritters or doughnuts in an optimal way, quickly and maintaining the temperature of the oil. In all their sizes, cooking with them without fear and without slowing down is possible, thanks to their excellent resistance and great durability.
