EXCLUSIVELY across Europe – the limited-edition Yellowstone Lodge Collection has arrived at Claudia&Julia!
The Yellowstone Lodge Cast Iron Dutch Oven is a highly versatile 2-in-1 piece. This cast iron pot with legs and handle comes with a reversible lid featuring iconic engravings from the Yellowstone™ series, and by simply flipping it, it turns into a brilliant griddle. The cocotte-style pot is elevated by three integrated legs, allowing you to cook directly over a campfire flame or charcoal barbecue.
The lid has a dual function. Its weight ensures a tight seal, trapping heat and steam during cooking. Its deep design lets you place hot coals on top to maintain heat, or ice cubes to generate extra steam inside. And if you fancy grilled meat or veggies, just flip the lid and you’ve got a fabulous iron tray! The pot also features a metal bail handle so you can carry it wherever you like.

About the Yellowstone Lodge Collection
In collaboration with the hit series Yellowstone™ by Paramount Network, Lodge has created a special limited-edition collection of cast iron cookware, made in the USA and designed to enjoy the spirit of adventure.
Inspired by the stunning landscapes of the American West, the collection pays tribute to the American grit represented by the fight to preserve its heritage and way of life.
Each piece in the collection features a unique design with engravings inspired by the series, such as the Y logo, rodeo scenes, or the image of a wild bull. A perfect gift for fans of the series, tradition lovers, family cooks, and Lodge cast iron enthusiasts.

What makes the Yellowstone Lodge Cast Iron Dutch Oven special
- Its robust construction, made of cast iron with no non-stick coating or toxic elements.
- Its functional design with three legs that raise the pot to cook directly over flame – ideal for campfires, fireplaces or barbecues.
- Its versatile lid: the weight creates a tight seal, retaining steam and heat inside. Its shape allows you to place hot coals on top or ice cubes to generate steam. Flip it and it becomes a griddle or baking tray.
- Easy to handle: the large curved lid handle offers a safe grip, and the stainless steel bail handle makes it easy to carry.
- Its durability: as it’s made from cast iron, it will last well beyond a lifetime.
- Great price-to-quality ratio: affordable, exceptionally long-lasting, and undeniably high-quality.
- Its textured finish: Lodge cookware is cast in unique sand moulds, giving each piece a slightly rough surface inside and out. With use, a patina forms to create a smooth and naturally non-stick cooking surface.
- Pre-seasoned at the factory: all Lodge cast iron pieces are seasoned with natural vegetable oil, ready to use as soon as you receive them. The process (called polymerisation) bonds the oil to the iron, creating a naturally non-stick black patina and protective layer to prevent rust.
- Excellent natural non-stick properties: cook with very little oil – the more you use it, the more non-stick it becomes.
- Superior heat retention and even heat distribution: cast iron holds heat beautifully and spreads it evenly. It sears food in its juices, preserving all the flavour. The result? Rich, traditional taste.
- More than 125 years of Lodge expertise in cast iron manufacturing. Founded in 1896, Lodge continues to make all cast iron items in its foundries in South Pittsburg, Tennessee, USA.
To use, heat it gradually so the temperature spreads evenly. Start cooking once it’s hot. To clean, let it cool first; wash with a soft sponge and mild detergent, then oil the interior surface lightly to prevent rust. Always store in a dry place.
NOTE: Factory seasoning gives Lodge pieces a rustic finish with some imperfections, like brown spots on edges or handles. Don’t worry – they’re just areas where the oil hasn’t fully bonded yet. It’s not a defect or rust, and will disappear with regular use and care.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Lodge cast iron is heavy and not dishwasher safe. The upside (besides being incredible, natural cookware) is that it’s pre-seasoned from the factory, so you can use it straight away – no extra seasoning required. But remember: it’s raw cast iron, not enamelled. So always dry thoroughly after washing or it may rust. If it does, scrub with steel wool. Re-season occasionally if you wish – although daily use does it naturally! Use it often, dry it right away, and it will last a lifetime (with amazing, flavourful results).
