The Le Croquetera tray set is a set of 20 plastic trays , designed to store homemade croquettes in the refrigerator or freeze them.

They are reusable trays if you treat them with care, so after use you can wash them, dry them and you will have trays for other batches of croquettes (important: wash them by hand, they are not designed for the high temperatures of the dishwasher, they would deform).

You can use it in 3 different ways:
  1. You can fill a tray with 10 croquettes, and cover it with plastic wrap to protect them while you store them in the refrigerator.
  2. You can fill a tray and cover the croquettes well protected by placing another inverted tray on top of the first one (the trays have small "clips" at the ends so they can be closed properly).
  3. If you are making only a few croquettes or the remaining ones, you can fill the tray with 5 croquettes and fold the tray lengthwise (it is already designed for this) so that half of it covers half of it with croquettes.
The croquette trays are the ideal complement to the La Croquetera croquette tongs .

The dimensions of the trays are 21 cm long x 13.5 cm wide.

Why we like the set of 20 La Croquetera trays

  1. You can prepare an infinite number of croquettes at the same time and leave them ready for other occasions by freezing them in the trays.
  2. It is very practical to use 2 trays at the same time to protect the croquettes: one as a base and the other as a lid.
  3. There are those who use them for other purposes, such as making chocolates.
