Specially designed for mushroom lovers, this Opinel knife is ideal for picking and cleaning mushrooms. It has a 7cm thin, curved blade with serrated backing for removing the cuticle of mushrooms.
Its oak handle has a boar bristle brush to clean the mushroom from soil and weeds.

Opinel’s story
More than 120 years ago, Joseph Opinel created the popular knife that bears his name in the small village of Albiez-le-Vieux, in the heart of the French Alps. Today, his descendants continue to manufacture simple, robust and precise utensils in Chambery, using top-quality materials and a production process that respects natural resources.
