Made of stainless steel, this basket is perfect for roasting poultry in the oven. Commonly used for making turkey or chicken, you place the basket on the oven tray, on a wide oven tray, or in a Shallow Casserole. This way, the tray collects all the juices released by the meat, keeping the meat separate and allowing for a perfect roast.

It measures 25cm long, 19cm wide, and 6cm high.
