This new De Buyer Frying Pan combines the convenience of a non-stick frying pan with the unique design of traditional De Buyer cast iron saucepans.
With a robust non-stick coating, completely PFOA-free, it is an ideal pan for all types of cooking, lighter than iron pans and very easy to clean thanks to its non-stick coating.
Their design is inspired by the traditional De Buyer iron pans and they also incorporate a wooden handle for greater comfort of use and to reinforce that rustic design that we simply love.
- Made of cast aluminium with a state-of-the-art non-stick coating, PFOA free.
- This is a multilayer non-stick professional saucepan and it provides ultra resistant and durable technology.
- Its great thickness helps to distribute heat evenly and is very resistant to deformation.
- Suitable for all heat sources including induction hobs.
- The wood used in the handle is PEFC-certified beech, it comes from sustainably managed forests. It is also protected with a layer of beeswax.
