Utilizar este cazo ha marcado un antes y un després a la hora de preparar mermeladas. La cocción es homogénea porque el calor se distribuye muy bien. Las frutas mantienen un color vivo, ya que no se cuecen en exceso, peligro que se corre usando otro tipo de cazo. Se limpia con facilidad tras su uso. El único pero, si me apuras, es el pulido cuando tenga que hacerse, sale que debe dedicarse algo más de tiempo y mimo. Por lo demás un diez
