It consists of a base and lid and maintains the features of the cloche oven: it is designed to bake the perfect bread, soft, with a crispy crust and an irresistible aroma. The secret is in the baking, which requires a high but controlled level of humidity, and the lid that recreates the same conditions as a traditional bread oven.
But this version offers you even more, as the lid is designed flat so you can flip it over and use it for kneading and letting the dough rise.
On the other hand, you can use the base whenever you want to bring bread to the table, to serve cheeses or appetizers, or even to bake pizza. You can't ask for more, can you?
