How the Kilner® Guacamole and Hummus Set Works

This handy set is very easy to use. All you need to do is prepare the ingredients and follow these steps:

1. Place the silicone cover on the stainless steel basket with perforated base.
2. Place the basket on top of the jar and fill it with the chopped avocado or whatever food you want to blend.
   
3. Press the food down with the stainless steel tamper, holding it by the wooden handle.
4. The crushed food will fall into the glass jar (as happens with a food mill).
   
5. Remove the basket, add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
6. Serve or, if you are going to store it, place the lid with silicone seal on the jar and place it in the refrigerator.
