Recommendations
- The stamps are very easy to use: just make balls of dough about 50 or 60g and press them with the stamp until the dough protrudes from the edges.
- You can sprinkle a little flour on the dough or on the stamp itself to ensure the dough doesn’t stick to the stamps, although honestly, they rarely cause any problems!
- Do not put them in the dishwasher, as you could damage the wood. But they hardly need cleaning anyway: the dough comes off perfectly, and they only remain a bit oily from the butter or oil that contacts the dough. A bit of kitchen paper will clean them in no time.
