Emile Henry has developed a new mold to bake the perfect bread at home. Its lid, unglazed on the inside, creates the right level of humidity and has holes in the lid to allow carbon dioxide to escape during baking.

By recreating the same conditions as a traditional oven, you will achieve delicious, soft bread with a crispy crust. The mold measures 24 cm long, 15 cm wide, and 12 cm high, has a capacity of 2 liters, is dishwasher safe, and comes with a 10-year warranty.

The new model now comes without holes in the base, unlike the previous one, as it has been proven that the result remains the same. So now, without holes in the base, it is easier to make gluten-free breads and you can also use the mold without any problem or need for baking paper for sponge cakes, pound cakes, savory cakes... and so many other recipes.

This oven will also serve you to make pound cakes and other sponge cakes, as well as meatloaf and a bunch of other recipes with this rectangular shape.

Sliced bread is one of the easiest breads to make, so it's a great way to start making bread at home. And if you're already experienced, with the Emile Henry oven you'll see that the task becomes even easier. Let's get baking!

NOTE: This product comes in a standard, plain brown box without decorations. It is not a class B or refurbished product, it is a newly manufactured product from the Emile Henry factory, packed in special packaging for online stores to ensure safe transport for the pieces of the Set. It is not a fancy box, but we assure you it will arrive 100% safe!
