The Alchimy De Buyer Glass Lid is the essential and perfect complement for the stainless steel saucepans, pots, sautés, casseroles, and woks from the French brand. Made of glass, they feature an elegant stainless steel knob engraved with De Buyer and a higher stainless steel rim, for greater efficiency when cooking.

The Alchimy glass lids are very practical:

  1. They prevent splashes, keeping your kitchen cleaner while you prepare your dishes.
  2. The higher rim makes them fit easily and stay stable, helping you retain steam and cooking heat more efficiently, resulting in energy and time savings.
  3. Especially suitable for slow cooking and for keeping food warm longer.
  4. Being transparent, you can always see how your stews are doing, without having to lift the lid.
  5. You can even use them to cover casseroles in the oven, up to a maximum of 250 °C.
  6. The wide diameter of the knob is perfect for resting the lid on it when you remove it from the pot or casserole. This way the countertop won’t get dirty.
  7. Easy to clean, even in the dishwasher.

They are suitable for use with all utensils from the Affinity and Alchimy collections, except with frying pans, and also with all utensils from the Prim' Appety collection. You can use it as a complement to:
